Commencement of provisions of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005

2.  The provisions of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 listed—

(a) in Schedule 1, shall come into force on 3rd April 2006;

(b) in Schedule 2, shall come into force on the dates specified therein.
