SCHEDULE 11 CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

PART 2 AMENDMENTS TO SECONDARY LEGISLATION

The Controlled Waste (Registration of Carriers anbd Seizure of Vehicles) Regulations 1991

3.  The Controlled Waste (Registration of Carriers and Seizure of Vehicles) Regulations 1991(1) are amended as follows.

4.  At the end of Schedule 1 insert “The Hazardous Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2005.”.
