Conferring of additional function 2 The Secretary of State hereby confers on the Teacher Training Agency the additional function of administering any arrangements made by her under Part 2 of the Education Act 2002 for the provision of incentive payments to school teachers who teach a subject in respect of which there is a shortage of teachers.
