In the application of the following sections in Pitcairn, Henderson, Ducie and Oeno Islands, the references therein to “summary conviction” shall be replaced by references to “conviction by the subordinate court of the Territory”, and references to “conviction on indictment” shall be replaced by references to “conviction by the supreme court of the Territory”:
