The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 108 and section 293 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 19921, and as respects regulations 2, 3, 4 and 8 with the approval of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Regulations:
