Commencement provisions2.

The following provisions of the 2004 Act shall come into force on 4th April 2005–

(a)

section 26(1) to (5) and (7) to (10),

(b)

section 26(6), except that the insertion of section 103D into the 2002 Act shall not come into force in Northern Ireland;

(c)

Schedule 1; and

(d)

Schedule 2.
