3.— [F1 (1)]  These Regulations make provision for the procedure to be followed in relation to hearings held under the Act by an authority.

[F2 (2) Regulations 4 to 13, 16(a), 18, 20(2)(a) and (4), 22 (from “and shall” to the end), 27, 29 and 34 do not apply to a hearing under section 53B of the Act (interim steps pending review).]
