For the purposes of this Scheme, section 14 of PSPJOA 2022 applies as if—

a

in section 14(2) the words “immediately before the coming into force of section 2(1)” were omitted;

b

in section 14(7)(b) the words “or section 10” were inserted after “section 6”.
