The Terrorism Act 2000 (Continuance of Part VII) Order 2005 No. 350

2.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the provisions of Part VII of the Terrorism Act 2000 which are in force on 18^th February 2005(1) shall continue in force for the period beginning 19^th February 2005 and ending with 18^th February 2006.

(2) The following provisions of the Terrorism Act 2000 shall cease to have effect:—

(a) Section 67(3) and (4);

(b) Section 70; and

(c) Section 71.
