In a case falling within paragraph 2, any matter, question or proceeding relating to any dentist under the Dental Regulations or the Dental Supplementary List Regulations, that had not been finally decided before the relevant date, shall be treated as though it had arisen in relation to the dental performers list in which that dentist has been included or, but for that matter, would have been included and shall continue to be dealt with by the Primary Care Trust.
