2.—(1) The Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (Application to Customs and Excise) Order 1985(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In article 7 for “arrestable”, in both places where it occurs, there is substituted “indictable”.
(3) In article 12 and Schedule 1(2) for the words “section 24(6)” there is substituted “section 24(2)”.
