15. The contractor shall provide services under the agreement in accordance with any relevant guidance that is issued by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence(1), in particular the guidance entitled “Dental recall - Recall interval between routine dental examinations”(2).
The National Institute for Clinical Excellence is established as a Special Health Authority under section 11 of the Act.
