Amendment of the Greater London Authority Act 1999

2.—(1) The Greater London Authority Act 1999 is amended as follows.

(2) In section 242 (reserve free travel scheme for London residents: requirements as to scope)—

(a) in subsection (8), for “half-price concession” substitute “waiver of the fare”, and

(b) omit subsection (9).
