CHAPTER 1EXTERNAL REQUESTS

Seizure in pursuance of restraint order12.

(1)

If a restraint order is in force a constable or a relevant officer of Revenue and Customs may seize any property which is specified in it to prevent its removal from England and Wales.

(2)

Property seized under paragraph (1) must be dealt with in accordance with the directions of the court which made the order.
