2. The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 1st January 2006—
(a)section 98(2) (civil recovery: freezing orders: Scotland);
(b)paragraphs 1 and 6 of Schedule 6 (minor and consequential amendments relating to Chapter 6 of Part 2), and
(c)section 109 so far as relating to those paragraphs.
