30.  In the section following Form FL404 headed “Orders under Family Law Act 1996 Part IV”—

(a) in paragraphs 2 and 3, omit “matrimonial”; and

(b) in paragraph 3, for “marriage” substitute “[marriage][civil partnership]”.
