(a)after “marriage” insert “or civil partnership”;
(b)after “divorce proceedings etc)” insert—
“or
under Part 2 of Schedule 5 to the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (property adjustment on or after dissolution, nullity or separation)”; and
(c)after “husband and wife” insert “or civil partners”.
