The definition of “vehicle refinishing” in paragraph (2) of Section 7 (SED Activities) of Part 1 of Schedule 1 (Activities, Installations and Mobile Plant) to the Pollution Prevention and Control (England and Wales) Regulations 2000 shall be amended as respects England and Wales by deleting sub-paragraph (a) (the coating of road vehicles).
