Citation, commencement and extent1

These Regulations may be cited as the Volatile Organic Compounds in Paints, Varnishes and Vehicle Refinishing Products Regulations 2005 and come into force on 1st November 2005.

With the exception of regulation 9, which extends to England and Wales only, these Regulations extend to the whole of the United Kingdom.
