House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (c. 24)

3.  In Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (other disqualifying offices)(1), insert at the appropriate place–

• “Any member of the Scottish Further and Higher Education Funding Council in receipt of remuneration.”.
