SCHEDULE 1 Amendments of the Pension Schemes Act 1993 (c. 48) relating to contracted-out occupational and appropriate personal pension schemes, extending those provisions to surviving civil partners

2.  In section 12A (the statutory standard)(1), in subsections (1) and (2)(b), for “widows or widowers” substitute “widows, widowers or surviving civil partners”.
