Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 1(2) of the School Inspections Act 19961, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

This Order may be cited as the Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) (No. 2) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st September 2005.

The persons named in the Schedule to this Order are hereby appointed Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Schools in England with effect from 1st September 2005.
