Amendments to the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Order 1978

2.—(1) The Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Order 1978(1) is amended in relation to England in accordance with the following provisions of this article.

(2) In paragraph (2) of article 6 of the 1978 Order (which specifies the date until which disinfectants subject to transitional provisions remain approved), for “28th February 2005” substitute “31st October 2005”.

(3) For Schedule 1 to the 1978 Order (which lists approved disinfectants), substitute Schedule 1 to this Order.

(4) For Schedule 2 to the 1978 Order (which lists disinfectants subject to transitional provisions), substitute Schedule 2 to this Order.
