This Order may be cited as the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2005.
Commencement2.
Section 27 of, and Schedule 4 to, the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (powers of authorised officers executing warrants) shall come into force on 18th July 2005.
