Application of Part 1 of the Scottish Act in relation to the Solway Tweed River Basin District S

5.—(1) Part 1 of the Scottish Act (protection of the water environment) shall apply in relation to the Solway Tweed River Basin District subject to the modifications set out in Schedule 4.

(2) Nothing in paragraph (1) enables [F1 orders made under section 5A or] regulations made under section 20, 22, 23 or 25 to apply in relation to any part of the Solway Tweed River Basin District outside Scotland.
