39. In the Patients' Forums (Functions) Regulations 2003(1), in regulation 3 (entry and inspection of premises), in paragraph (3)—
(a)after sub-paragraph (d) insert—
“(da)persons providing primary medical services under Part 1 of the 1977 Act;”; and
(b)in sub-paragraph (e), for “arrangements under section 28C of that Act” substitute “a personal dental services pilot scheme established under Part 1 of the National Health Service (Primary Care) Act 1997”.
