2.Section 57 of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 20002 (testing persons in police detention) shall come into force on 1st April 2004 within the following police areas3:(a)Cambridgeshire;(b)Leicestershire;(c)Northumbria; and(d)West Midlands.
