Amendment to the Control of Explosives Regulations 1991
5. In regulation 10(2)(b) (keeping explosives for private use) of the Control of Explosives Regulations 1991(1) for the words “so as to be in Division 1.4 and compatibility Group S for the purposes of the 1983 Regulations” substitute “for carriage in accordance with the Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2004(2)”.
