Application of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 to the Isles of Scilly

2.  In its application to the Isles of Scilly, the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 shall have effect with the modification that any reference to a local authority is to be construed as a reference to the Council of the Isles of Scilly.
