The Licensee shall give the Ministry of Defence six months' prior notice of any installation movements within a Block.

The Licensee shall give the Ministry of Defence six weeks' prior notice of any seismic survey within a Block.

The Licensee shall at his own expense, install and maintain underwater sonar beacons to Ministry of Defence specifications on any structures that may be temporarily within a Block provided that there shall be no requirement to fit such beacons to fixed and charted installations.
