Notwithstanding the coming into force of paragraph 26 of Schedule 1, section 30(1)(e) of the Employment Tribunals Act 1996 (1) (“the 1996 Act”) shall continue to apply in the case of any award made on an application to the Employment Appeal Tribunal under section 67 or 176 of the 1992 Act which requires registration or proof on or after the appointed day.
