These Regulations may be cited as the Antarctic (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 23rd November 2004. The Antarctic Regulations 19952 (“the principal Regulations”), as amended3, and these Regulations may be cited together as the Antarctic Regulations 1995 to 2004.
