Section 3(1) and (2)(a) to (i) of the 2001 Act (conduct prohibited without a licence) shall come into force on 15th November 2004 in the police areas of—

(a)

Cheshire;

(b)

Cumbria;

(c)

Greater Manchester;

(d)

Lancashire; and

(e)

Merseyside.
