Application

3.  This Order applies to the whole of the district of St Albans except—

(a) the entire length of the M1, including its on and off slip roads, within the district;

(b) the entire length of the M10, including its on and off slip roads, within the district;

(c) the entire length of the M25, including its on and off slip roads, within the district;

(d) the entire length of the A1(M), including its on and off slip roads, within the district;

(e) the entire length of the A405, including its on and off slip roads, within the district;

(f) the entire length of the A414, including its on and off slip roads, within the district; and

(g) the A1081 from its roundabout junction with the A414, including the circulatory carriageway of the roundabout that forms that junction, to the southern boundary of the district.
