The European Parliamentary Elections (Appointed Day of Poll) Order 2004

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 4 of the European Parliamentary Elections Act 20021, hereby makes the following Order:

1.

This Order may be cited as the European Parliamentary Elections (Appointed Day of Poll) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 9th February 2004.

2.

The poll at the next general election of Members of the European Parliament shall be held on 10th June 2004.
