Regulations 1(3), 1(4) and 16(3)

SCHEDULE 1

PART 1

Schedules 3,4 and 6 to these Regulations shall have effect until 24th March 2005 with the insertion of the entries set out in Part 1 of this Schedule as they appear in the Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations 2003(1) in place of the corresponding entries in the those Schedules to these Regulations.
