<Title>Amendment of the Quick–frozen Foodstuffs Regulations 1990</Title>

<Text>In this regulation “Council Directive <Citation URI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/european/directive/1989/0108" id="c00002" Class="EuropeanEconomicCommunityDirective" Year="1989" Number="108">89/108/<Acronym Expansion="European Economic Community">EEC</Acronym></Citation>” means Council Directive <Citation URI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/european/directive/1989/0108" id="c00003" Class="EuropeanEconomicCommunityDirective" Year="1989" Number="108">89/108/EEC</Citation> on the approximation of the laws of Member States relating to quick–frozen foodstuffs for human consumption<FootnoteRef Ref="f00005"/> as amended by amendments up to and including those effected by <Abbreviation Expansion="European Communities Act 1972 c. 68">the Act</Abbreviation> concerning the conditions of accession of the Czech Republic, the Republic of Estonia, the Republic of Cyprus, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Hungary, the Republic of Malta, the Republic of Poland, the Republic of Slovenia and the Slovak Republic and the adjustments to the Treaties on which the European Union is founded<FootnoteRef Ref="f00006"/>.</Text>
