Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent1.

This Order may be cited as the Iraq (United Nations Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 29th July 2004.

In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Iraq (United Nations Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) Order 20032.
(3)
This Order shall extend to the territories listed in Schedule 1 to the principal Order.
