22. In the Scottish Parliament (Elections etc) Order 2002(1), in Schedule 3 (absent voting), in paragraph 2 (additional requirements for applications on grounds of physical incapacity), for sub-paragraph (2)(b), substitute—
“(b)a registered nurse; or”.
