National Health Service Reform and Health Care Professions Act 2002

1.  In section 29 of the National Health Service Reform and Health Care Professions Act 2002(1) (reference of disciplinary cases by Council to court)—

(a) in subsection (1)(i), for “, midwife or health visitor” substitute “or midwife under the Nursing and Midwifery Order 2001”(2);

(b) in subsection (2)(b), for “, midwife or health visitor” substitute “or midwife under the Nursing and Midwifery Order 2001”.
