Coming into force

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 22(1), (2)(b) and (h), (7)(c) and 118(5) and (6) of the Care Standards Act 20001, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and having consulted such persons as he considers appropriate2, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
