Amendment of the 2002 Regulations16
The following shall be substituted for paragraph (2) of regulation 24:

Where assessment of the student’s contribution or of other matters has delayed the final calculation of the amount of grant for which the student is eligible, the Secretary of State shall make a provisional assessment of the contribution.
