The National Health Service Trusts (Dissolutions) Order 2003
Citation and commencement1.
This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Trusts (Dissolutions) Order 2003 and shall come into force on 1st April 2003.
Dissolution of NHS trusts2.
(1)
Each of the National Health Service Trusts established by the National Health Service Trust Establishment Orders listed in paragraph (2) is dissolved and accordingly their Establishment Orders are revoked.

The National Health Service Trust Establishment Orders referred to in paragraph (1) are—

This Order dissolves on 1st April 2003 the Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals National Health Service Trust, the New Possibilities National Health Services Trust and the Wolverhampton Health Care National Health Service Trust and revokes their respective Establishment Orders.
The trust formerly called the Brighton Health Care National Health Service Trust is, with effect from 1st April 2003, to be called the Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals National Health Service Trust. The change of name is effected by the Brighton Health Care National Health Service Trust (change of name) Order 2003.
