Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order appoints 27^th January 2003 as the day for the coming into force of section 14 of the State Pension Credit Act 2002 insofar as it relates to paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to that Act (consequential amendments affecting housing benefit and council tax benefit) for the purpose of making regulations.

This Order does not impose any costs on business.
