Appointed day 2 The day appointed for the coming into force of section 14 of the State Pension Credit Act 2002 in so far as it relates to paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to that Act is 27th January 2003 for the purpose only of exercising any power to make regulations. The following provisions of the State Pension Credit Act 2002 have been brought into force by the State Pension Credit Act 2002 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/1691 (C.51)) and by the State Pension Credit Act 2002 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2002 (S.I. 2002/2248 (C.72)). Only section 18 has been brought fully into force; the other provisions have been brought into force partially for the purpose only of exercising any power to make regulations or orders.
