The Anglian Water Parks Byelaws (Extension) Order 2003

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 157(5) of the Water Industry Act 1991(1), hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement E+W

1.  This Order may be cited as the Anglian Water Parks Byelaws (Extension) Order 2003, and shall come into force on 1st April 2003.

Extension of byelaws E+W

2.  The Anglian Water Services Ltd Water Parks Byelaws 1993, made on the 20th April 1993, shall continue to have effect until 20th April 2004.
