1982 c. 53. S.I. 1987/821; relevant amending instruments are S.I. 1991/1227 and 1997/177. The reference is to paragraphs 2, 2A and 3 of Part III of Schedule 1 to the Trustee Investments Act 1961 (c. 62). Paragraph 2A was inserted by S.I. 1996/2827 and substituted by S.I. 2001/1228. Notwithstanding the repeal of section 1 of the Trustee Investments Act 1961 by Schedule 4 to the Trustee Act 2000 (c. 29), Schedule 1 to the Trustee Investments Act 1961 continues to be applied by rule 34 of the Court Funds Rules 1987 by virtue of paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 to the Trustee Act 2000.
