This Order amends Part II of the Table at the end of paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958 by adding entries for— i the British Council; ii the Disability Rights Commission; and iii The Simpler Trade Procedures Board.

The administrative and departmental records of each of these bodies thereby become public records.
