(1)

Subject to paragraph (2), the provisions of Part VII of the Terrorism Act 20003 which are in force on 18th February 20034 shall continue in force for the period beginning with 19th February 2003 and ending with 18th February 2004.

(2)

The following provisions of the Terrorism Act 2000 shall cease to have effect:—

(a)

section 97(1) and (2);

(b)

paragraph 36 of Schedule 4;

(c)

paragraphs 19 to 21 of Schedule 5.
