Amendment of the Protection of Military Remains Act 1986 (Designation of Vessels and Controlled Sites) Order 20022.
Signed by authority of the Secretary of State for Defence
This Order corrects an error in the Protection of Military Remains Act 1986 (Designation of Vessels and Controlled Sites) Order 2002, article 3(c)(ii) of which gives the wrong co-ordinates for an area that it designates as a controlled site. Article 3(c)(ii) gives the co-ordinates of the area to be designated as lying at longitude East. This Order corrects that co-ordinate to show that the area designated as a controlled site lies at longitude West.
This Order is being made available free of charge to all those who can show that they have already bought or who subsequently buy the Protection of Military Remains Act 1986 (Designation of Vessels and Controlled Sites) Order 2002.
